Terms of Use

These terms form an agreement between you and Face The Beauty AI®. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the products, the site, or the emails.

All products are digital and delivered electronically. Prices are shown and charged in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise displayed. Local currency may appear where supported at checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Your purchase grants a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the materials for your own business.

You may:

• Use, edit, and adapt the scripts, prompts, and templates for your own clinic or brand.
• Publish the resulting content on your own channels.
• Share files internally with your own staff or contracted team.

You may not:

• Resell, license, distribute, or give away the files in whole or in part.
• Repackage the materials into a competing product, course, template shop, or membership.
• Share access credentials or download links publicly.
• Claim authorship of the underlying systems or frameworks.

All kits, scripts, prompts, workflows, copy, and design remain the property of Face The Beauty AI. Face The Beauty AI®, Champagne Lift™, Soft-Set™, and Onyx + Gold™ are trademarks. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate licence termination without refund, plus legal action.

Our materials are educational marketing tools. We make no guarantee of bookings, revenue, audience growth, or any other business outcome. Results depend on your market, offer, execution, and consistency.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you publish complies with the advertising, marketing, and professional conduct rules of your regulator, licensing body, and jurisdiction — including rules on before-and-after imagery, testimonials, prescription product naming, and claims.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Face The Beauty AI® is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost bookings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and the courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction.
