Refund Policy

Because every product is a digital download delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are final. Once a kit, prompt pack, script library, or workflow system has been delivered, it cannot be returned, and refunds are not provided for change of mind, duplicate purchases made in error, or lack of use.

By completing checkout you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose any statutory cancellation or cooling-off right that would otherwise apply once download or access begins.

If your files fail to download, arrive corrupted, or your access link does not work, we will fix it. Email us within 14 days of purchase and we will resend or repair your access.

• Include the email address used at checkout.
• Include your order number.
• Describe the issue and any error message you received.

If you were charged twice for the same product, contact us and the duplicate charge will be refunded in full to the original payment method. If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it quickly.

Prices are listed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). If you're outside the U.S., your card issuer converts to your local currency at checkout using the day's exchange rate. Approved refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution. Currency conversion differences and bank fees are outside our control.

Our products are educational marketing tools. No specific booking, revenue, or growth outcome is promised or guaranteed, and a refund will not be issued on the basis of results not achieved.
